Avery finished in 8th place out of over 50 2nd graders in the State Championships.
Avery won 3 games, drew 1 and lost only 1. Your new rating, Avery, went up from 472 to 517.

- I have been a volunteer chess coach at a local elementary school since 1992. I have developed my own curriculum, some of which you will find at www.chessbybill.blogspot.com I teach chess at 4 schools, at SCA summer camp and I am a tournament advisor for SCA.
