Chess Club has ended for the year. The weather is nice and the kids should be running around outside, not in chess club. Vasyl will be declared the Moreland Chess Club Champion for 2012 based on his rating and will receive a medal.
The state tournament is coming up on April 21-22. If you attend, pre-register at schoolchess.org but don't pre-pay, I have funds in the Moreland Chess Club account I would like to use to pay for the tournament. Hope to see some of you there.
